Private meeting notes for macOS

Sit through the meeting. The notes handle themselves.

NoteBot lives in your menu bar, records your meetings, and turns them into clean, speaker-labelled notes. Transcription runs on your Mac — nothing leaves it unless you say so.

Unnotarized build. On first launch, try opening NoteBot once, then choose System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Apple’s instructions.

Made for the meeting, not the cloud

Your conversations stay yours.

01

Transcribed on your Mac

Speech recognition runs on-device and labels who said what. Your audio is never uploaded, and recordings are deleted once the note is written.

02

Knows when you’re meeting

Zoom calls are recorded automatically. Anything else — a call, a standup, a hallway chat — starts with one click or a hotkey.

03

Notes, your way

Keep the clean transcript, or add summaries, decisions, and action items — from a local model, or OpenAI when you want the extra polish.

Your next meeting can take its own notes.
